Ok, tengoklah... i tengok pun nak gelak kuat-kuat.. Dah macam apa dah! But, it;s yummy! I can baked but I have no skills to bake la! Ishhh ishhh.. Now, I;m going to share this recipe as so many frens request it on fb! Hahahaha....
Chocolate Macarons
For fillings:
Bahan-bahan
- 125 gm butter
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- 35 gm dark chocolate
Pukul butter till kembang.
Melt the dark chocolate using double boil tecnic
Wait for 2 mins, then masukkan melting double chocolate tadi pada butter and pukul lagi.
Masukkan icing sugar sikit demi sedikit sampai habis.
Dah siap, masukkan dalam paper bag and masukkan dalam fridge and wait for 10-15mins biar dia keras sikit. So, nanti senang nak letak fillings nie at macarons shell.
For macarons shell:
Bahan-bahan
65 gm almond kisar
80 gm icing sugar
40 gm sugar
15 gm cocoa powder (if nak color lain, tukar powder nie and gantikan dengan pewarna)
2 biji telur putih
Heat the oven 160degree. And put a baking paper at the tray.
Pecahkan 2 biji telur (preferably telur yg room temperature.. tak nak sejuk) and ambil white egg sahaja.
Blend almond, icing sugar and cocoa powder.
Pukul egg white tadi sampai betul-betul kembang. Masukkan secubit garam dan 40gm sugar tadi. Pukul sampai betul-betul kembang. Nie mesti jadi pekat sikit ok!
Then masukkan almond kisar, icing sugar, and cocoa powder sikit demi sikit. Gaulkan..guna spatula.
Dah siap, masukkan bancuhan tadi dalam pipe bag. Then tekan bentuk bulat dekat tray and bake for 160 degrees.
After shell dia dah masak, ambil fillings tadi and letaklah between shell tue and dah siap!!!!!!!!!
Pastu ngap masuk mulut... Oppps! Wait till berbuka ok!
