Hi peeps,

Well, last week husband and I tgh survey2 nak cari our new house! Actually, right now, husband and I tgh planning to find a perfect house for us. So much things need to be considered. Location, types of houses, price of course and specifications of the house. Since I'm 27 years old this year and same goes with husband, so, we're planning to get 1 before we turn to 30!

As for husband, he much prefer terrace house.. Reason being, rumah teres ada space dekat luar.. Byr ratus ribu pun at least keluar2 jumpa kereta...kan? But for me, I suka something yg more privacy and cosy such as duplex condo! Oh! sgt suka... And we tried to plan to buy something that we can invest in future..

We found one which really catch our eyes! It is in Sutera Damansara.. 2 storeys park terraces... and very spacious! Sangat jatuh cinta and the price still need to be considered!

Arghhh..heaven nya... Nice is it?

Ada 1 bilik kat tingkat bawah + a small room dekat dapur... But small room tue I tak tahu apa reason dia letak kat dapur... mcm tak sesuai.. so far, tue je yg I tak suka about this house..

Wet and Dry kitchen separate mcm nie... Please excuse my husband.. lol

Living hall and dining hall.. Giler spacious.. sangat soookaaa!

Another bedroom kat tingkat atas..

Dan juga bedroom for Qaira... hahaha.. mimpilah Amie oooiiii...

Juga, rest hall dekat bahagian atas.. not so big and not so small.. just nice kalau nak lepak with family...

Yang heaven sekali ialah master bedroom yg sangattttt beesaaaaarrrrrrrrr!

Restroom yg sgt cosyyy..

Dan juga master bedroom boleh masuk almari bagak yg besar mcm nie.. actually tepi2 tue ada space lagi ok!

Mmmm, cantik kan? But acc to husband, we still need to find other house and buat comparison between rumah2 yg kitorang suka..! Yang pasti, lepas nie perlulah gigihkan usaha mencari rumah lagi... Uwaaa... Tak sabar!

Hahaha, kebetulah this was Qaira's first pic in stroller. Bila nampak MBP buat contest, I terus rasa nak join! ~ngeee~

Ok, we bought this stroller during 6th months of my pregnancy. During that time, both Abah and Mama Qaira was so eager to find a perfect stroller for Qaira. Please excuse our impatience feelings as a new parents. ~ngee~

After several decision made by husband and I, lastly we has chosen Peg Perego Pliko P3 for Qaira. Some reasons why we choose this stroller are because:

1- The warranty only start after Qaira was born. Not after we purchased the stroller. (A good reason to overcome our excitability)

2- It comes with travel system compatible (car seat attaches easily)

3- One hand folding, strong and lightweight aluminium frame + it remain upright with diaper bag hanging over the handles. (that's the reason why we choose 4 wheels stroller)

4- Large storage space (like other moms, I did not exempt to put all shopping things in the basket.. already applied this so many times..hihihi)

5- Husband and I always love the color (Yeah, it's red & it's our wedding theme color.. hahaha)

6- Last but not least; of course it is comfortable to Qaira.

Actually there are a lots of reason why we bought this stroller such as safety reason, nice design, and more importantly it is trustworthy brand!

Well for me, it is fine using a stroller for babies as long as we choose the correct stroller and what do you want it for. For example, if you jog then you'll need to look into the joggers-stroller. Otherwise your baby will not be comfortable and baby' safety is the biggest concern. It is safe to put our babies in stroller rather than carry the baby all over the mall or any places. Besides that, the stroller is very handy indeed when we feels tired or lazy to carry the baby (imagine to carry your baby immediately after a full meal!). Furthermore, babies need stroller because it is 'safe place' to retreat to when the world gets a little too big for them!

Another story of Qaira Jasmine Monday, October 12, 2009

Remember this?

Before this I'm having problem with Qaira because she refused to sleep in her cot. So, I bagi chance la pada Qaira untuk tido with me n husband even I mmg tak sedap hati and tak nak dia tido with us because of safety reason and besides that, I would like to trained her untuk tido in her own cot.

And malam tadi, after Qaira is 3mths old already, we decided to put her back in her own cot and surprisingly, dia ok! She slept like nobody business... Hahaha... And woke up when she really need to be feed!

So, semalam was my tido yang paling selesa tanpa kena berhati2 n berfikir2 keselamatan Qaira bila tido with us.

When I put Qaira in her own cot, it doesn't mean I want to stay far from her. She is still my lovely and beloved daughter. Because of that reason, I need her to be in her own privacy (even dia kecik lagi but to practice this from now). Oh! memang lah best sgt tido with baby.. we can cuddle and kiss her bertubi2 tapi I also have my own privacy with husband and Qaira should be trained to respect Abah n Mama's privacy. Sebab nak separate her with us bila dah besar nanti, I rasa susah sbb on that time dia boleh pilih apa yg dia nak n takkan la for the rest of her life nak tido with us... Hihihi...

After this, we planned to put her in her own room pulak. Ikut rasa hati, I don't want to stay far from my daughter. But I need to discipline her from now or otherwise bila besar nanti dia mengamuk taknak tido bilik lain. Or, kalau Qaira ada adik lain nanti, takkan kita nak tido berempat pulak dlm bilik tue.. Mama hopes Qaira faham.



Aha, another good news! After 14 days diet, now I've lost 3kg! (3kg sangat bernilai buat org yg mempunyai masalah berat badan seperti aku). And this morning, when I tried to wear my fav Zang Toi office attire, I already can fit in the blouse.. but agak ketat sket.. at least nampak jugaklah perubahan dr tak boleh pakai langsung, kan?! Arhhh, happy!

p/s - Oh ya! during jalan2 kat Alamanda yesterday, I terserempak dengan Anita and berpeluang jumpa baby Adzryl. Comelnya Adzryl!

Last Saturday, was my best friend ever engagement, Adzriana.. Kawan dr sekolah rendah till now kitorang memang rapat.. Actually there are 4 of us.. Dari dulu smpai skrg, berempat.. But, I managed to get married first, so maknanya I yang paling laku between them.. hahahaha

Me and my best friends! Ke mana saja berempat. Ponteng sekolah jua berempat. Dapat result gempak time SPM juga berempat... hehehehe (Nasib kita tak kawin berempat)

Majlis dia simple n meriah.. Sentuhan hantaran sape lagi kalau bukan from me ~nggeeee~

4- Sibuk cari outfit Qaira / Mama / Abah (Qaira punya mcm boleh recycle apa yg ada, Abah done, mama punya baju asal tak muat? Ciss... shopping lagi...)
5- Sibuk buat bunga telur (punyalah start buat dr dlm pantang, smpai skrg tak siap..malas!)
6- Sibuk reka buaian Qaira (have a good idea in mind!)
7- Sibuk cari katering / sape yg nak masak ni? (Akhirnya cancel caterer sbb tok2 + Opah Qaira sudi membantu)
8- Sibuk cari kambing (Tok Ayah Qaira kan tokei kambing, selamat duit Mama n Abah.. nggeee)

Aqiqah Preparation for Qaira Jasmine!

Qaira is 3 months young! Tuesday, October 6, 2009

Dear Diary,

Qaira is 3 months young today!

Semalam 3rd check up Qaira and her 3rd jab! As usual, tak nangis... hanya menjerit kesakitan saja... And guess what? Qaira is 6.2kg now! Oh! No wonder Mama n Abah urgently need a carrier... hihihi... Sekarang Qaira dah pandai main with Abah n Mama.. oh pandai juga main geli2 bila orang cium perut dia..

Qaira pandai makan ubat thru syringue. Cuma dia buat muka pelik bila rasa ubat tu. Till now Qaira tak pernah lagi sakit + demam + selsema atau batuk. Alhamdulillah.. Syukur sgt2. Mama hope in future, Qaira sihat2 saja.. Qaira now is a healthy baby girl!

When Mama put u in your FP swing tue, dah pandai tgk lights n recognize all the fish kat swing tue. Good achievement! And Qaira juga dah recognize Abah n Mama.. Bila Mama or even Abah lalu jer dekat Qaira, Qaira dah pandai toleh n tgk Mama or Abah. Hope lepas nie, Qaira tak pilih orang ok... Qaira juga dah pandai senyum and even laugh bila sesiapa buat eye contact with u and talk to u!

Malam je, dari lepas pantang dulu sampai skrg, Qaira hanya bangun malam bila nak susu jer or sometimes poo poo di tengah malam... hihihi... Tapi lately nie, since raya hari tu, agaknya bila penat beraya, malam Qaira bangun sekali jer untuk minum susu and selebihnya tidur. Bila Mama kejut pun Qaira tak nak bangun n tak nak minum. Yg Qaira tahu nak tido jer. Maybe u are so exhausted sampai yg lain diketepikan.

Qaira juga suka mandi.. pantang buka baju, senyum sampai ke telinga sbb dia tahu dia akan mandi.. letaklah air sejuk mana pun, sket tak tergugat... still Qaira enjoy mandi nie.. asalkan dlm air..hihi

Well, sekejap jer masa berlalu. Now, u're 3 month! Mama n Abah harap dan berdoa Qaira membesar dengan sihat and facing all your milestone with lots of happiness!

Look Qaira! What Abah did to your milk container? hahahhaa... mama tak boleh tahan lalu tergelak terbahak2... I don't know what Abah has in his mind when Abah dengan muka selamba jawab; "Saja..."

Habis cacat milk container Qaira.. perlu ke darling hubby nak tulis camni! And this make a reason for me to have a new milk container! ok! And abah said; "Ok, kita beli lain... yg nie dah borink!" Hahahahhahaha.... I memang tak tahan nak gelak lagi.... Hihihihihi....

p/s - I've lost another kilo! Yeay!
