Eh, bengang betul dengan OneCard tau! I bet all of u mesti ada OneCard atau teringin nak apply OneCard nie... Kan?

That day masa bulan March kot, ada promotion apa ntah.. Yang pasti kalau spend kat participating outlet kat OU tue, dapat point berganda2 and terus boleh tukar voucher la...
So, I pun spend la around 1.3k kat satu outlet nie.. then dorang sms and e-mail yg I entitled to get RM50 voucher yg boleh spend kat mana2 kedai dlm OU tue.. oklah kan.. so, i keep jer la sms tue.. and fikir2, I will collect the voucher during my next visit ke OU la.. selang 2-3 weeks mcm tue, they sms me again; informed that my OneCard already expired and I need to renew to enjoy more privillege kat sana (ayat marketing yg membosankan)...
So, last week I pun pergilah nak renew my OneCard and at the same time nak collect my voucher tue la.. fikir2 pasni bolehlah shopping brg baby guna voucher tue kan utk top up apa yg patut... Dahlah kena beratur lama & panjang........ pastu bila sampai turn I, I pun nak renew la and ckp dengan dorang yg I nak collect sekali my RM50 voucher tue.... pastu bila dia check2, dia cakap, RM50 voucher tue dah burn sbb my card dah expired!
I mcm pelikla.. asal RM50 voucher pun nak burn kalau expired.. expired, expired la.. voucher is voucher.. after I renew, bagilah balik voucher tue kan... pastu dia cakap yg voucher tue dlm bentuk point. Bila kad dah expired, automatically point tue pun akan jadi "0" balik... eh, boleh tak? I rasa tertipu ok!
So, I cakap dengan dia.. kalau dah tahu my voucher tue akan burn sama dengan point2 yg lain bila card dah expired, kenapa takde sesape yg inform atau remind kena renew before sekian sekian hari supaya kita still can enjoy the voucher kan.. mcm J-Card selalu buat... mesti dia inform to collect voucher before sekian sekian date... so, kita bolehlah cepat2 gi collect kan?
Eeee... karang kata bodoh, marah plak.. Boleh plak customer service tue jawab, dia tak tahu apa2.. yg akan inform semua nie ialah IT side.. sbb dorang yg akan sms atau e-mail customer.. boleh tak CUSTOMER SERVICE jawab mcm nie? So, apa gunanya kau tercanguk kat info counter tue, kalau jawapan nie je yg ko boleh bagi... %*&$%*&$^()( betullah!
Patutnya jawabla, kita amik report u dan akan check balik mcm mana mcm mana kan... and will inform u if there is any feedback from IT side ker.. atau akan check balik complaint u ni ker... ini tidak.. ada ke patut jawab dia tak tahu apa2... hello, one Utama... cmnalah amik pekerja.. I bet all ur customer service officer nie mesti background in communication kan... aku pun bachelor in communication.. taklah bangang nak jawab mcm nie kat client... baru entertain client yg biasa2 mcm aku n customer lain.. belum lagi meeting gi jumpa big boss ker, CEO ker apa ker kan? No wonder la customer service kat info counter je... mmm, kesian....
OneCard service nie pun satu hal.. dah tahu nak buat LOYALTY CARD, jagalah customer... yg apply kad2 sume nie, dah mengaku diri dia LOYAL... jadi nape lah tak jaga elok2 kan? kalau aku tak LOYAL, tak hingin aku apply kan... betul tak? nak jaga customer mestilah ada strong communication between u and clients! Inform and remind client tue sgt bagus.. apa dia ingat kita asyik menghadap OneCard dia jer ker sampai takde kerja lain... Eeee, benci sungguh!
Dahlah tue, bila jadi cmni, I cakaplah "So, what's the conclusion?". Dia boleh kata jugak tak tahu... Sampai I sendiri cakap; lain kali, if ada terima complaint yg mcm I complaint sekarang nie, u bagilah dia tulis complaint letter... Janganlah berdiri mcm nie jadi kayu... pastu barulah dia terhegeh2 amik form complaint utk I isi... sambil cakap; "If u want to complaint, complaint la.."
Ewah2 senang jer mulut ko jawab kan... Nasiblah aku nie pregnant disamping ada husband di sisi... kalau tak dah lama aku meroyan kat situ... Agagagaga....
Mmm, after all the incident kan, I malas nak renew dah.. i siap tulis complaint tue, I takkan renew till i get back my voucher. Eventhough it is RM50 voucher, but I have right to have my voucher because I've already spend a lot at their outlet. They should inform or at least remind me that I'm gonna lost my voucher if i wouldn't renew the card as soon as possible.
Mulai hari nie, aku nak inform yg aku bukan lagi LOYAL pd One Utama.. sorry boleh blah.. banyak lagi tempat yg best! Ceh!

iskk mmg tak patut la kan. PANTANG tok nenek kalau bile kite tanya, jwb tatau..abis ape yg die tau? kalau tatau tu, cube cari jwpn pd yg tau walaupun anda tu baru keje ke..hape ke. HIshhh kite pun sama2 meroyan ni bile bace entri ni. Sib baik tak buat OneCard (padahal pegi OU pun 5 tahun sekali :P)

tapi sejak exp..i tak renew
sebab sekali aku nak keluar parking tu kad dia buat hal.sangkut 1 jam. Nyusahkan orang.
mcam bagus ajer.Boikot ajer.
babe, sabar sabar.... i pun ada onecard, and tu arr.. geram sbb bila bab soh renew tu... ntah brape kali dia sms soh renew renew renew.. tak cukup ngan tu, siap anta email ntah brape juta kali soh renew.. tup2 u kene camni..
ape kesss nak burn vouchers bila card expired? HELLLOOOO! even Jusco pun kasi vouchers FREE okeh based on points kita.. tak deduct even 1 point pun bila dia kasi vouchers! haaa tu baru lah kata relationship LOYAL customer & Jusco kan.. nih OU.. mak aii.. teruk btol!
psstt.. i eventho slaly gi OU, tapi ntah nape jarang nak spend kt situ.. rasa cam OU tu not the place to shop esp kat new wings.. old wings ok lagi.. hish..
i pun till now tak renew2 lagi.. my husband ckp, xyah laa renew.. bukan guna pun.. hehehe.. btol gak kan!
anyway, sabar okeh.. byk lagi shopping malls yg pentingkan LOYAL customers cam kita2 ni.. huhuh..

me to the mrs-bride : knits, at least dia inform u soh renew, renew.. yg i nie tetiba jer kata expired pastu renew.. mcm sengaja dajal kan sbb kita ada banyak point! so, save la voucher RM50 tue.. save gak duit OU tue kot..
i pun dh malas nak renew.. bila pikir balik, bukan sume outlet pun guna 1card..certain outlet jer.. malas la.. menghabiskan duit renew every year tapi utk apa pun i tak tahu.. cuma nasib bila ganda point jer la..klu biasa, hampeh!
