New Menus for Qaira

Qaira dah masuk 8 bulan! So, I've already changed some of the recipes yg selalu I bagi Qaira.. Kali nie lagi best! Boleh bermain dengan ayam, ikan salmon etc etc. Those yg nak try, silalah! I bet u supper yummy! Hihihi!
Nama resipi nie I bagi sdiri.. hahaha.. 


Antara bahan-bahan yg digunakan yer puan-puan...

1- Cheesy veggies

Bahan-bahan:
Potato, brocoli, pumpkin, Keju Kraft Stick, Onion, Unsalted butter
Cara-cara:
Amik sikit butter. Masukkan dalam pans and goreng sikit jer onion dengan butter tu. Angkat. Ketepikan.
Then rebus potato, pumpkin and brocoli (potato tue kalau boleh kuantiti banyak sket sbb menggantikan nasi kan?)
Then dah rebus, masukkan  cheese. Masa nak masuk cheese nie agak2 jangan banyak sgt air rebusan tue. Cukuplah untuk nak blend nanti. Then, gaul2 sket sampai cheese cair. Masuk dalam blend, blend skali dengan onion tadi.
Siap

(Serius sedap nih and healthy some more)

2- Salmon Fishy

Bahan-bahan
Brown rice, Ikan Salmon, carrot, Onion, Unsalted butter

Cara-cara:
Amik butter sket, gril iklan salmon tue dengan butter. Angkat.
Butter and onion goreng mcm tadi. (ingat yer..bukan goreng berminyak2.. and mesti unsalted butter.. no salt ok!)
Rebus brown rice and masukkan carrot. Then, dah siap, blend with ikan salmon and onion tadi.

3- Chicken maniac (hehe)

Bahan-bahan
Brown rice or potatoes, chicken breast, carrots, broccoli and Kraft cheese stick, unsalted butter

Cara-cara:
letak butter dlm pans sket and gril chicken tue. Rebus potatoes or brown rice, carrots and brocolli.
Then masukkan dalam blender and blend potatoes or brown rice, carrots and brocolli together with cheese and blend panas2 ok!
Yummy!

Mmm, nanti sambung lagi...!

Ida : mesti best bila dah start solid.. but resipi nie utk 8 bulan ke atas ok! hihihi

SurayaHarris : Babe, jangannnn! Untuk 8 bulan ke atas yer... kalau bawah 8 bulan, mula2 bagilah fruits puree dulu... then slow2 bagi resipi mcm sebelum nie.. but bukan resipi nie ya!

Mummy zara : ala babe, asal bagi yg dalam tin2 tue semua.. not healthy.. u boleh buat puree banyak2 n simpan freezer klu takde masa.. then keluarkan and panaskan.. bukan amik banyak masa pun.. i guess u should try ur homemade cook! kalau kita suka breastfeed, mesti suka homemade jugak for baby kan?kan?

amie, i pun tak sabar nak tunggu jayden 8months bleh masak different stuff for him..dia mmg tak makan porridge yg i masak even tambah ikan bilis i tried, tambah cerelac sket ingat nak tipu pun x nak jugak huhu..i baru perasan yg cerelac ada sodium chloride (salt) patutla dia taknak mkn benda yg i masak..teruk la cerelac nih bleh ke letak salt kat baby food..nak untung lebih jek..so all the babies only nak makan cerelac dunwan homecook food..i sgt menyesal bagi dia cerelac tau..now he only eat cerelac..hopefully 8 months nanti i try pakai cheese and bleh bagi scramble egg yolk hope he will like lar..sedih tau hikkk

babe, recipe #2 tu i penah cuba! tp i juz guna rice, salmon & carrot! adzryl pun suka.. that's the 1st porridge yg i masak utk dia! hikk. good info! i baru beli recipe book for baby & toddler.. excited gak nak try recipe baru! ;)

Thanks Amie for sharing the receipe for little qaira. my son aniq (7mths plus) pon macam baby mommy lisa, jayden. asyik suka makan nestum cerelec...ari tu i prepare porridge with potatoes, carrots and eggs dia tak suka sebab dah biase dengan nestum cerelec. Really need to start preparing other menus for him. Thanks again for sharing! Cam maner Qaira suke tak the new menus?
